What Bettcoon do?
Bettcoon is a manufacturer and exporter for USB to RS232 cable, USB to TTL cable, USB to RS485, and other related computer peripheral cables.
What kind of chip used in your USB to RS232/TTL/RS485 cables?
We use FTDI, Silicon Labs and Prolific chips for our cables. All the chips are original and new imported from the original manufacturer.
FTDI chip: FT232RL, FT232RNL, FT231XS, etc.
Silicon labs chip: CP2102
Prolific chip: PL2303GT, PL2303GC. etc.
What is your MOQ?
We do not have MOQ limit for the normal cables.
If you need customized products, please contact us to negotiate.
What is the shipping time?
Usually, the shipping time will be 3-5 days for small quantity.
For above 500pcs, lead time will be about 7-10 days.
What is your shipping method?
We usually ship the order via DHL, Fedex, UPS, or by Air.
Can I pick up from your factory?
Yes, all pickups will rquire an appointment schedule with our sales.
